The art wasn't too bad, it could still use touching up and more effort.
The animation was bad, the only things that moved were people falling over, and the movie clipped feet, everything else just slided across the screen with no definition of gravity, or body fluidity. Animate the head and body separately, add a bit of lean to the body, especially when firing a gun, because if you went to a shooting range and fired a gun, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't stand there like a statue.
It was also too short, just a rushed movie, plan out your movies months before, and actually take the time to work on them.
That's about it, read up some tutorials and look at some of the good madness animations to see how to do it right.

Yeah this is just about the worst Madness tribute out there.
Where the fuck do I start?! It's all shitty, the shitty art, the shitty animation, the shitty plot. Jesus.. The ONLY thing in this movie that I liked is - Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana.
Seriously, that's the ONLY thing. Everything else just made me loose hope in humanity, golly, that was sure a waste of money for flash if THIS is what you're using it for. I mean, 2.00 is WAAAY TOO MUCH of a score for this.
But anyway, it was horrible, the art was just scribbled down, no time or effort, just a 3 year old's scribbles. I couldn't even get into a plot.. Throughout the entire intro I was saying to myself,
"This mother fucker better not use another god damn "explode" effect..."

In fact, as soon as he did his gay ass rotation and flashing around and skewing shit around the light house, I closed the window and had to lay down just because of the shittiness.

No, really bad idea. Don't try to make tutorials at stuff you can't do good yourself, because all that will accomplish is teach people how to animate Madness badly.
First of all, cut the Madness Interactive crap, with all of the graphics and positions of the hands and what not.
The walking tutorial part was just plain bad, you didn't animate it right, he took too long to move his foot, and the head didn't bounce, it looked like a statue with robotic legs that were seriously malfunctioning.
The blood tutorial was meh.. Again about cutting the MI crap, because you clearly got the digitalized wounds from the source. Atleast you told them not to make a little red dot.
The shooting part was the worst in my opinion. But before I get started, I want you to go take a trip down to a shooting range, and I want you to test fire a few guns. Now then, do the guns do some shitty slow ass movement upward? Or are they fast and jerky? What about your body? Does it stand there like an old rusting statue? Or does it lean and jolt back because of the kick back? The shotgun part of it, oh god man, what the fuck. Go fire a shotgun with one hand with the posture of a slumped over chain smoker, not only would the shotgun go flying out of your hands, but it would also knock you down on your ass. You should really get a definition of how guns work, because yous is apparently way too corrupted. Even if you fire a shotgun with two hands, it would still give off a huge kick back and knock your body back a bit. Also note that gun fire does not follow the guns, it stays in the same place, because the fire is exploding in that one particular place, and it is supposed to stay in that particular place for a maximum of 3 to 4 frames, because it is a GUNSHOT, not a lighter.

But seriously, this tutorial teaches people how to do the wrong things, the only people who should actually make a tutorial are the ones with experience, and movies to back the experience up.

Seriously, these people are just trying to help, it is very uncalled for to just erupt at them in their faces..
Now here, is a review made up of constructive criticism,with no insults, only tips, I do warn you that this is a negative review, but hey, you can't always expect EVERYONE to like your movie, well let's get started.

At a first glance I see that this is more along the lines of a test, which belongs on Spam the Web, or some other simaler site. But since it was Madness day, I suppose it was alright.

As for the animation, I would say bad, but with potential. Some of the movements were choppy, while others were kind of smooth. You should practice giving your characters a bit of lean.. As in when they fire a gun, their body moves back a little, you had them to where it was like a statue, and honestly, if you took more time on this, this would have been much better. I liked the whole "elevator thing" because it was pretty clever, but you didn't make it clear that his head was sticking out of the door before they closed, because if he is inside of it, the doors wouldn't take off his head.
The blood animation for that part was badly and lazily done, like you just took the paint brush tool and scribbled a bit, which is BAD. Add more of a spray like animation, like take the hose or something, and watch the water and notice how it sprays, not just sloppily moves down slowly.
I also noticed that the character that got shot has two right hands, go watch some madness movies, and then you'll discover that there are different hands. He also fell really weird, when making him fall, you shouldn't just select his entire body and rotate it to the ground, animate each individual part different, add flow. And when he falls, add a very small bit of a bounce.

Over all this is bad. But you have potential, just TAKE MORE TIME ON YOUR MOVIES. Time is one of the only things that can make your movie a whole lot better. I can understand your rush if you had to finish it before madness day and stuff, but now you have a year, so work on something, and work on it for as long as you can too, if you finish it early, then take the time you have left for your deadline (if any) and add more finishing touches to it, like frames, effects, sounds, animation..

If you are offended by this constructive review by any way, then please leave Newgrounds until you learn that no one is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. People review your movies with a low score for a reason, no one is trying to be mean, they are giving their own opinion, and there is nothing you can do about it, because YOU decided to post it on this site. Whenever you post something, don't just expect solid 10's everywhere.

That is all I have to say. Don't take this review as offensive, because none was meant.

10's all around, this was HILARIOUS.
The voices were fucking great, the whole "drugged out" voices made the movie.
I also had a few laughs at Patrick, his highly detailed body with hair jurting from his short shorts, and his teeth.
