There's no trick to it. Just get at least one kill with every single weapon. That includes the dual weapons.

Death by heart attack. It would really stand out in between all the gory deaths. Maybe have some guy charge up some uberattack, or setup some ginormous lazer or roll in with a tank, schocking the victim into a heartattack without even touching him. That would be utmost amusing =)

To get artifact 19 you have to unlock all of the weapons achievements (including dual weapons) but you have to have them unlocked in the game too. Press pause and go to the achievements option, see what weapon achievements you have. One thing good to note is that if you cancel the match or close the window, the achievement won't save IN GAME. So after you get one, let yourself die.
A bit where some spiky haired punk tries to pull a lazer dragonball move, fails horribly and ends up with half his head blown off by a guy with that Scarface gun.
Had Scarface in the last one, too specific of a character to be used again.. But then again he did drive off, seemingly survived..

I was thinking of making just a giant nose come from the side of the screen and start smashing people, then someone shoves a grenade in one of the nostrils.
And I had different plans with the ending, there's never a "winner"... Unless of course you somehow escape the arena.....
