I caught Devildriver/GWAR when they came to the Dallas House of Blues.
The next day I went to a local rock show in Denton, and caught local bands covering Black Sabbath, Alkaline Trio, Weird Al, White Zombie, and Motorship.
Then on Halloween night I donned some facepaint, drank with buddies, played some Tekken Tag, and chilled.
Oh snap, that sounds really fucking cool. Yeah Dallas was where I went to see Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson for their show. I had no idea that Gwar was going to be around as well. (But I live in Austin, so that would have been a bitch to make that many trips.) Also those cover bands sound like they put on a pretty interesting show lmao.
