At least it wasn't as bad as that Merry Madness.
The art wasn't too bad, it could still use touching up and more effort.
The animation was bad, the only things that moved were people falling over, and the movie clipped feet, everything else just slided across the screen with no definition of gravity, or body fluidity. Animate the head and body separately, add a bit of lean to the body, especially when firing a gun, because if you went to a shooting range and fired a gun, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't stand there like a statue.
It was also too short, just a rushed movie, plan out your movies months before, and actually take the time to work on them.
